  • We ship from Jersey City, NJ In the US

  • We process order within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail, please check your spam filteror contact us for confirmation.

  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately atcustomerservice@anasegura.com. We will not be able to make changes to yourorder after it has shipped.

  • Please review and ensure that y9ou have entered the correct address. We. Arenot responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Shipping Methods

Priority shipping (1-2 business days) charges will vary based on the size and weight of items in your order within the US. International shipping vary depending on location.


Alaska & Hawaii

Please note that Expedited and Priority shipping are not available when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
